Yoga and Bodywork Retreat

We are very pleased to offer a Yoga & Bodywork retreat to be held at Cinq & Sept in Southern France. The retreat will combine yoga, qigong, breathwork and meditation sessions, an hour’s massage for each participant and time to explore the region and socialise with others in the group. It’s a great opportunity to get some sun, relax and recharge while meeting new people and having a fun holiday.



26 October - Arrival. Group dinner by the pool.

27/28 October 1.5 hrs yoga session in the morning - either by the pool or on the beach. 60min massage per person - scheduled over Saturday and Sunday. Free time in the afternoon to explore the region or relax by the pool.

29 October - Yoga  session. Breakfast. Departure.

James Rafael

James is deeply passionate about yoga and its power to bring about positive change. His intention is to help people explore, have fun, and find greater balance both on and off the mat. His classes challenge and nourish in equal measure, leaving you feeling revitalised and uplifted. He teaches a breath and alignment based practice, promoting healthy, fluid movements with a sense of curiosity and humour.

 Alex is a wellness practitioner, dedicated to creating authentic experiences and developing environments that encourage holistic wellbeing. His passion for traveling and immersing in local cultures has introduced him to the great traditions of Asia. His journey into healing and bodywork had taken him to Thailand, Maldives, Laos, Cambodia and Bhutan, where he learnt an extensive number of therapies, successfully incorporated in his treatments.

€522 per person (based on 2 people sharing)

single supplement - €65 per night

This includes:

  • 3 nights accommodation (2 people sharing each suite - single or double bed available)
  • daily Yoga class
  • one 60 min Massage per person
  • 3-course group dinner with wine on the first night
  • daily breakfast


A 50% deposit will hold your place with the remaining balance due on the day of departure. Please note that the deposit is non refundable should you cancel.


The closest airports are Béziers (only 25 mins drive away) and Montpelier (50 mins away) - served by Ryanair  or Easyjet flying from London Luton, Bristol, Edinburgh and Manchester.

Car hire

Encouraged and can be arranged, so please let us know if this interests you. Alternatively you can travel from/to airport by taxi. Please let us know when you are travelling as if several people arrive together the cost of the taxi could be shared.
